BYOT @ DHS

BRING YOUR OWN TECHNOLOGY allows our students to remain competitive with 21st Century Learning. You don't want to be left behind, but if it is misused or it distracts from learning--it could be left OUT altogether. Follow the guidelines on campus and in the classrooms and recognize that devices on school property are used primarily for educational purposes. If the GREEN (ON) side is displayed then the teacher has approved the use of the device in the classroom. If  it is RED (OFF) side is displayed, then it is crucial that your device be turned off and/or put away for the lesson and learning to take place. Keep in mind that the use of personal technology on campus is a privilege--not a right.
